EAH Housing is hiring a full-time Resident Manager I to manage the day-to-day operations of Wilder Vista and Artesian Vista, 54- and 53-unit affordable-housing properties in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role oversees rent collection, lease administration, resident relations, on-site staff, inspections, repairs, evictions, and compliance with HUD, TCAC, DFEH, and ADA requirements. Candidates need at least one year of affordable-housing property management experience, knowledge of applicable housing regulations, budgeting and variance-reporting skills, resident-problem-solving and staff-management abilities, a valid driver's license, a clean DMV record, and a REL license or willingness to obtain one within nine months. The position pays $21.49–$38.59 per hour, with a hiring range of $21.49–$30.04 per hour for new employees, and requires onsite work, a cleaning deposit, and employee responsibility for utilities.
