Description
The client is hiring a full-time, on-site Resident Network Engineer in Charlotte, North Carolina to provide post-sales technical support for large-scale Juniper Networks environments. The role supports production and pre-production networks, troubleshoots complex routing, switching, and service-provider issues, manages Juniper JTAC cases, leads critical incidents and network changes, advises on network design and modernization, develops Python and Juniper PyEZ automation, and trains engineering and operations teams. Candidates need at least five years of hands-on experience with large-scale service provider or MSO networks, Juniper platforms, JUNOS, and related routing and automation technologies.
