HDR is hiring a Resident Project Representative to observe and document water and wastewater utility construction activities in Asheville, North Carolina. The role involves maintaining daily construction records, photographing progress, preparing reports, reviewing contractor pay requests, evaluating schedules, attending project meetings, and supporting materials testing and special inspections. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology, demonstrated multidisciplinary construction experience, strong knowledge of construction contracts, codes, drawings, specifications, scheduling, cost controls, quality assurance/quality control, and excellent communication skills. Five years of relevant field experience is preferred, along with water/wastewater treatment plant or pipeline inspection experience.
