Description
HDR is hiring a Resident Project Representative 2 - Environmental to support construction oversight for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. The role involves interpreting drawings and specifications, maintaining field records, reviewing materials for contract compliance, tracking quantities and pay estimates, leading progress meetings, observing installation and testing, identifying nonconforming work, preparing punchlists and record documentation, supporting project closeout, and supervising junior field staff, inspectors, testing services, and subconsultants. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology (or equivalent education and relevant experience), at least five years of progressive construction experience, knowledge of contracts and construction codes and laws, strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Primavera, or related construction software.
