GHD is hiring Resident Project Representatives in Scranton, Pennsylvania to serve as on-site representatives for water and wastewater infrastructure projects. The role involves observing water and sewer main construction and related civil, piping, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and controls work; collecting and analyzing operational and administrative data; representing GHD with clients, regulatory agencies, the public, and project teams; reviewing shop drawings; verifying conformance with contract documents; preparing record drawings; and assisting with contract close-out documentation. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, construction observation or construction management experience involving water and sewer main utility construction, working knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and Procore, and willingness to travel throughout Pennsylvania.
