HDR is hiring a Resident Project Representative to support multidisciplinary construction projects, including data centers and commercial facilities. The role involves reviewing construction drawings and specifications, maintaining daily records, tracking materials and quantities, preparing pay estimates, attending progress meetings, observing installation and acceptance testing, developing punchlists, documenting work for engineer review, and assisting with audits and closeout. The position may supervise junior representatives and inspectors, requires onsite travel to client locations, and is not available to candidates seeking US employment authorization sponsorship.
