Description
HDR is hiring a Resident Project Representative II to support building engineering projects by reviewing construction drawings and specifications, monitoring daily inspection records and code compliance, attending progress meetings, observing equipment installation and acceptance testing, developing punchlists, and preparing documentation for engineer review. The role works under a Project Manager, supervises administrative staff, construction inspectors, and subconsultants, and requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology, at least five years of progressive multidisciplinary construction experience, and familiarity with construction contracts, codes, and construction software. Preferred qualifications include relevant professional licenses, ICC or CCM certifications, team leadership, problem-solving, client communication, authority having jurisdiction coordination, and advanced manufacturing or industrial facility experience.
