Description
HDR is hiring a Resident Project Representative II to support multidisciplinary construction projects, including data centers and commercial facilities. The role involves reviewing construction drawings and specifications, maintaining daily records, tracking materials and quantities, preparing pay estimates, attending progress meetings, observing installation and acceptance testing, developing punchlists, documenting work for engineer review, and assisting with audits and closeout. The position works under a Design Project Manager, may supervise junior representatives and inspectors, and requires onsite travel to client locations. A bachelor's degree in engineering or construction technology, five years of progressive multidisciplinary construction experience, contract and code knowledge, construction software familiarity, and strong communication skills are required; a PE license or CCM certification is preferred.
