Description
The Resident Service, Sr. Associate will participate in developing, organizing, and executing activities for the Resident Services Department to enhance the quality of life for residents. They will identify, plan, market, and conduct various resident programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and offering case management and referral services. The role involves implementing the Resident Service Plan, maintaining service provider directories, and collaborating with social service agencies and local governments to foster partnerships. Additionally, they will develop newsletters and calendars, ensure proper documentation, and adhere to fair housing regulations.
