BeneVit is hiring an On-site Support / All-rounder (m/f/d) for its facility in Rosengarten on a full-time or part-time basis. The role supports seniors in preparing meals, planning daily routines, providing basic care, maintaining shared living areas, and caring for laundry. Candidates should have practical housekeeping, cooking, baking, and laundry knowledge, empathy, reliability, teamwork skills, and good German; prior professional experience is not required because intensive onboarding is provided.
