Clarvida is hiring a full-time, on-site Residential Administrator in Oregon to lead and oversee 24-hour residential programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities, addiction recovery needs, and cognitive health challenges. The role includes managing operations, supervising program leadership and support staff, coordinating services, overseeing individualized support plans and records, providing training and quality assurance, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field and at least two years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities and/or cognitive health or equivalent experience are required. Starting salary is $62,400, with medical, dental, and vision insurance options and other benefits.
