Description
The Residential Advisor provides direct oversight of members’ residential living arrangements in a behavioral health recovery program, supporting medication self-administration, activities of daily living, safety, incident reporting, progress documentation, group facilitation, transportation, and crisis de-escalation. The role is supervised by a Lead Residential Advisor and offers second-shift and overnight shifts from Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, confidentiality, a valid non-commercial driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including up to 20 pounds and emergency restraint techniques.
