Management & Training Corporation is hiring a full-time Residential Advisor at its Earle S. Clements Job Corps Center in Morganfield, Kentucky. The role monitors students in residential dormitories, promotes safety and positive behavior, assists with recreational and employability activities, supports student well-being, and documents incidents. Full-time shifts are 8 hours and include second- and third-shift options, with part-time availability; pay is $19 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus.
