Description
The Residential Advisor supports students at the Tongue Point Job Corps Center by assisting with dorm activities, helping students adjust to dorm living, preparing accountability and activity documentation, patrolling dorms and grounds, transporting students to recreational functions, leading dorm meetings, and maintaining accurate files. The role offers a $19.00 hourly wage, varied swing, graveyard, and on-call schedules, and includes medical, vision, dental, prescription drug, disability, retirement, leave, and other benefits. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership and conflict-resolution skills, communication and computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and the ability to handle equipment and walk uneven terrain in varying weather.
