Description
The Residential Advisor provides direct oversight of members’ residential living arrangements in a behavioral health recovery program, supporting medication self-administration, activities of daily living, safety, incident reporting, progress documentation, group facilitation, transportation, and crisis de-escalation. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, confidentiality, a valid non-commercial driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including emergency physical restraint techniques.
