MTC is hiring a Residential Advisor, Substitute to monitor students living in residential dormitories at the San Diego Job Corps Center in Imperial Beach, California. The role supports student safety and behavior, documents incidents, communicates with families, coordinates dorm activities, facilitates Career Success Standards sessions, maintains student records, and may serve as a center duty officer. The schedule varies when needed and includes shifts from 3 p.m. to midnight or 11:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., with pay of $21.00 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while one year of youth-work experience is preferred.
