NAICA is hiring a full-time Residential Aide for its Asylum Shelter in Bronx, New York. The role monitors asylum seekers and facility premises, conducts safety and security rounds, inspects incoming items, reviews video footage, documents activities and incidents, assists residents, prepares vacant living spaces, and collaborates with security personnel. The position pays $18.68 per hour, requires a 35-hour workweek, and may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred qualifications include a New York State Security License, F-02 Certificate of Fitness, CPR/Basic First Aid certification, a New York City or New York State food handler certificate, bilingual ability, and prior residential facility experience.
