Arrowleaf is hiring a Residential Aide for its 830 Supervised Residential program in Vienna, Illinois. The role provides 24-hour supervision and direct behavioral health support to adults with substantial psychiatric disabilities, including case management, treatment-plan implementation, activities of daily living, documentation, crisis de-escalation, and safety monitoring. The position requires on-site availability during scheduled shifts, a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle liability insurance, age 21 or older, required registry clearances and background checks, and CPR and First Aid training. The salary range is $18.38 to $23.00 per hour, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits available.
