HELP USA is hiring a Residential Aide for its Fairwind shelter in Bellport, New York. The role supports client safety, facility security, and orderly operations during shifts; conducts intake and orientation, patrols, inventory, bed and meal counts, client check-in and check-out, meeting escorts, incident documentation, and coordination with the Social Services Team. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, Food Protection Manager Certification, residential facility experience, experience working with people experiencing homelessness, strong customer service skills, Microsoft computer literacy, and availability for night and weekend coverage.
