The role supports single-adult shelter clients by conducting intake and orientation, documenting patrols, managing client possessions, performing bed and meal counts, using the DHS CARES system, delivering meeting notices, escorting clients to appointments, and documenting incidents. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, FDNY F-02 Fireguard certification, residential-facility experience, experience working with people experiencing homelessness, customer service and computer skills, and availability for night and weekend coverage.
