Lifeline Connections is hiring a non-exempt Residential Aide to support the daily operations of its inpatient substance use and mental health programs in a non-clinical capacity. The role assists residents with non-clinical needs, maintains a safe and therapeutic environment, advocates for residents, coordinates with treatment teams, documents care, and provides coverage across units. Responsibilities vary by location, including parenting support and infant or child care at the Women’s Recovery Center, and meal preparation at the Men’s Low Intensity Residential program. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, communication skills, reliable attendance, and the ability to work with residents and diverse stakeholders.
