Mainspring Recovery is hiring a full-time or part-time Residential Aide in Lynchburg, Virginia, to provide direct care and supervision in a residential addiction recovery setting. The role supports client safety, well-being, integration, crisis response, transportation, admissions, documentation, discharge planning, and participation in multidisciplinary treatment teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and insurability, CPR and CPI certification within 90 days of hire, and at least one year of behavioral healthcare or addiction recovery experience.
