Project Renewal is hiring a Residential Aide for its Canopy House Women’s Shelter, which provides emergency shelter beds for homeless women with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. The role supports shelter operations, client intake, bed assignments, census records, incident reporting, client care, medication access, safety runs, and coordination with appointments and services. The position pays $20.079 per hour, requires a high school diploma or GED or familiarity with underserved populations, and requires Fire Guard or Fire Safety Coordinator certification within 15 days of training. Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required.
