Lifeline Connections is hiring a Residential Aide Supervisor to oversee and supervise Residential Aides providing non-clinical services to clients enrolled in residential substance use and mental health treatment. The role includes scheduling, supply coordination, transportation support, communication between clinical and milieu teams, quality and regulatory compliance, safety monitoring, orientation, training, and contract compliance. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, substance use treatment experience, supervisory experience, CPR/First Aid certification, a current unencumbered driver license, and car insurance. The salary range is $25.45 to $27.60 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
