Description
North Suffolk is hiring Assistant Residential Program Managers to support individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders in a group home. The role assists with staff recruitment, training, supervision, evaluation, and progressive discipline; supports individual health, wellness, recovery goals, and self-management; coordinates with families, guardians, DMH, and other service providers; implements safety and crisis plans; provides transportation; and requires on-call coverage, evening and weekend work, and local travel. A high school diploma or GED is required, a related bachelor’s degree is preferred, human-service experience with the specified populations is required, supervisory experience is preferred, and Massachusetts MAP, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver’s license are required.
