Description
The Residential Behavior Tech (RBT) provides direct care, supervision, skill training, therapeutic interventions, and crisis support to individuals with behavioral health and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary treatment team, supports residents’ independence in daily living, maintains documentation, coordinates appointments and activities, and may transport residents. A high school diploma or GED is required, while an associate degree or higher in human services and two years of relevant experience are preferred.
