WoonZorgPark Loosduinen is hiring a Residential Care Coordinator/EVV to coordinate care and well-being for residents on the Duinroos ward, support continuity of care, follow individual care plans, provide personal and nursing care, collaborate with clients, families, and employees, and guide students. The role requires an MBO level 3 IG diploma in care with EVV training or an equivalent, affinity with elderly and somatic care, and creativity in problem-solving.
