Nolenshaghe is hiring a Residential Care Support Worker (Individual Healthcare Vocational Practitioner) at MBO level 3 to provide care and support for residents with acquired brain injury. The role includes ADL care, helping residents plan or organise their day, responding creatively to individual needs, and supporting residents’ self-confidence and control. The position pays €17.02 to €22.96 gross per hour and includes irregular-shift allowance, pension contributions, holiday allowance, a year-end bonus, training and development, and employee discounts.
