GSE is hiring a Residential Care Unit Manager to manage shift rosters and staff deployment, coordinate with the Nursing Service Manager, lead team and duty meetings, serve as a contact for residents and relatives, manage care consumables, implement the GSE care concept, and cover sick leave. The role requires a three-year geriatric, health, or nursing-care training program or a three-year care-professional qualification, plus further training as a residential-care-unit manager, along with reliability, leadership, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. The position is initially limited to three months, with an application deadline of 21.09.2026.
