BSH Seniorenzentrum is hiring a Residential Care Unit Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a fixed-term, full-time basis of 39 hours per week. The role manages the residential care unit and its employees, coordinates care processes and documentation, supports nursing treatment and psychosocial care, maintains quality and safety standards, and supports staff development and resident-family communication. Candidates need vocational nursing training, residential care unit/ward management qualification, and two years of comparable professional experience. The position offers a starting salary of at least EUR 4,657.22 under TVöD (VKA), with additional payments, pension, training, and social benefits.
