Description
Kinsight is hiring a part-time permanent Residential Care Worker to support individuals with developmental disabilities and delays in home settings. The role promotes independence, learning, self-expression, and community connection; assists with personal care, emotional and social support, and medical needs; advocates for rights and inclusion; and follows individualized care plans. The schedule is Thursday 12:00 pm–6:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am–5:00 pm, and Saturday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with statutory holidays possibly required. Compensation is $27.53–$31.57 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for personal-vehicle business use.
