Residential Construction Scheduler at Hunt St

Hunt St is recruiting Philippines-based candidates for a fully remote Residential Construction Scheduler role supporting an anonymized Western Australia property development and construction client. The independent contractor will maintain schedules for about 15 concurrent residential new-build and renovation projects, perform plan takeoffs, coordinate trades, manage project documentation and variations, monitor risks, support a Contracts Administrator, and process invoices using Buildertrend and Tradies App. The role requires at least three years of relevant experience, residential construction scheduling experience specifically in the Western Australia market, plan-reading and takeoff ability, Buildertrend knowledge, strong English, and autonomous work.
