LifeStream is hiring a Residential Coordinator to lead a team of 8–10 Direct Support professionals providing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The supervisory role manages staffing schedules, staff development, performance and discipline, home and vehicle maintenance, documentation, and Individual Service Plan compliance, while supporting LifeStream’s community, commitment, and continuous-learning philosophy. The position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with some flexibility, starts at $58,700, and requires either a bachelor’s degree in a human-services field with one year of supervisory experience or at least three years of human-services experience, along with leadership, teamwork, and quality-work-performance experience.
