The role focuses on managing residential development projects while also supporting commercial and industrial land development work, overseeing project delivery, client relationships, budgets, agreements, construction plans, and technical problem-solving. The position includes leadership responsibilities such as coaching and mentoring team members, and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, at least 8 years of progressive professional experience, strong client service, project management, budgeting, scheduling, and communication skills, with a preferred Professional Engineer license.
