Description
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of residential group home programs, including supervising and training Direct Support Professionals, assisting individuals, and serving as a main contact for case management and families. Ensures timely development and implementation of Individual Service Plans, monitors workshops and activities, oversees medication administration, and participates in on-call duties. Promotes residents' rights, applies quality improvement principles, maintains documentation, manages staff schedules, conducts staff training, and coordinates with other staff to ensure program compliance.
