The Residential Installation Technician will install home security systems for residential customers in Charlotte, North Carolina, following wiring diagrams, safety standards, and customer specifications. The role includes customer service, system testing, customer instruction, inventory and paperwork support, and training new technicians. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and technical-following skills, and the ability to handle payments and maintain product knowledge; construction, cable installation, or low-voltage experience is a plus.
