The Residential Learning Coordinator oversees multiple residential communities within Trinity College Housing and Residence Life. Reporting to the Associate Director, the role develops, facilitates, and evaluates residential programs, initiatives, and administrative policies aligned with the department’s mission, while fostering inclusive living-learning communities that support students’ academic achievement and personal growth. This is an in-person, 12-month live-in position.
