Description
The Bernstein Companies is hiring a Residential Maintenance Manager to join its Cincinnati residential team and oversee maintenance for The Textile Apartments and Textile Lofts. The role supervises maintenance staff, responds to resident repair requests, performs routine and emergency repairs, conducts property inspections, maintains maintenance records, supports resident retention, and coordinates with the Community Manager. Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent, at least four years of residential maintenance experience, supervisory experience, Universal CFC certification, and the ability to repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
