Description
Enterprise is hiring a residential maintenance professional to support the Westminster Overlook community. The role performs resident service requests, preventive and emergency repairs, apartment turnovers, painting and cleaning, grounds and dumpster upkeep, landscaping, snow removal, emergency response, recordkeeping, and customer service for residents, including older adults. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, basic trade skills, EPA Section 608 Type II or Universal certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days), hand and power tool proficiency, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond on call within 30 minutes.
