The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Residential Manager in Norwich, Connecticut, to oversee person-centered residential programs, supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, ensure compliance with DDS licensing and agency policies, coordinate resident care and programs, and maintain resident and staff records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience in health or human services, three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, a valid driver’s license, and Microsoft proficiency.
