The Arc Eastern Connecticut is hiring a Residential Manager in Ledyard, Connecticut, to supervise and train Direct Support Professionals, ensure person-centered and inclusive resident care, maintain licensing and regulatory compliance, coordinate with families and agencies, and support behavioral and medication programs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of supervisory experience in health or human services, three years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, a valid driver’s license, and Microsoft proficiency.
