Chrysalis is hiring a full-time Residential Care Manager for in-home caregiving services supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. The role oversees the daily operation of a residential program, supervises residential support staff, implements person-centered plans, coordinates with schools, state workers, families, therapists, courts, and placement providers, and ensures appropriate staffing, training, and program quality. The position offers swing and graveyard shifts, starts at $19.50-$22.50 per hour depending on experience, and includes health insurance and other benefits for full-time employees.
