Hawthorne Foundation Inc. is hiring a full-time Residential Manager to supervise and coordinate staff in a residential home serving children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. The role includes scheduling staff meetings, completing residential reports, coordinating contracted services, maintaining emergency and regulatory records, developing a home budget, ensuring consumer health and safety, and being on call 24/7.
