Resources for Human Development is hiring a full-time Residential Manager to oversee residential operations at Resiliency Manor, supervise and develop direct care staff, manage staffing and scheduling, support individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness, coordinate medical and behavioral needs, maintain records and regulatory compliance, and respond to crises. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, a personal vehicle, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, appointments, emergencies, and an on-call rotation. Compensation is $47,902 per year with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
