FAR Inspections is hiring an independent Field Inspector to perform residential mortgage occupancy verifications in Scott County, Virginia and surrounding communities. The role involves brief exterior visits, determining property occupancy status, capturing at least nine photos, submitting reports through mobile applications, and maintaining territory coverage and deadlines. The inspector manages their own routing, schedule, and territory, provides their own vehicle, smartphone, computer, internet connection, and printer, and must pass a background check. Compensation is per inspection, with efficient contractors typically earning $25–$35 per hour.
