AbleLight is hiring a Residential Operations Manager to lead residential teams, coach managers and direct-support professionals, support hiring and onboarding, monitor staffing and compliance, prepare for licensing surveys, and help deliver person-centered care. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of service-oriented experience, and three or more years of leadership experience. It is based on-site in Hillsboro and Portland, offers medical, dental, and vision benefits after 30 days, and includes retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and Any Day Pay.
