Description
The Program Coordinator supervises the day-to-day operations of a residential program serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role provides client-centered support, develops and monitors support plans, coordinates community inclusion, manages staff supervision and training, maintains client and staff records, supports service quality and safety, and performs on-call coverage. It is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, non-exempt hourly position reporting to the Residential Director of Behavioral Supports and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, at least one year of supervisory experience, and several additional certifications and clearances.
