North Suffolk Community Services is seeking a Residential Program Director for an intensive group living environment within the Adult Community Clinical Services Program. The director will provide administrative leadership, supervision, and direction to the team, managing efforts to engage individuals, improve their health and wellness, and achieve symptom stabilization. The role involves ensuring daily operations are grounded in psychiatric rehabilitation, assisting individuals with psychiatric and substance use disorders to set recovery goals, and collaborating on Safety and Crisis Prevention Plans. The director will also lead staff hiring and training, and participate in an on-call rotation.
