Description
The Residential Program Manager oversees the operations of residential homes serving people with intellectual disabilities, supervises Residential Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals, supports individuals with activities, assistive technology, communication, skill building, and personal care, and ensures compliance with regulations, policies, assessments, incident management, and financial requirements. The role requires an AA degree with four years of related experience, a BA degree with two years of related experience, or a master’s degree with one year of related experience, plus two years of supervisory experience for external candidates. The budgeted salary is $62,820, with medical, dental, and vision plans and other benefits.
