Clarvida is hiring a full-time Program Manager – Renew Program to oversee day-to-day operations of residential programs in Lebanon, Oregon. The role supervises Certified Support Providers, provides training and mentorship, manages staffing and scheduling, ensures compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules and OSHA standards, monitors documentation and quality assurance, and supports staff placement and program improvement. Applicants need an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field, at least two years of supervisory experience in developmental disabilities, cognitive health, or related settings, and at least two years of professional experience working with children.
